Peas On Earth Longtime friends “mayo” and mustard have invited their newbie friend Mr. Bacon to the sweet pea party. The result? A sweet n’ savory taste that’s perfect for summery get-togethers or holiday feasts. This is a family favorite we've been making and enjoying for years!
Ingredients:
4-5 | Bacon Slices, Crisp and Crumbled 30 Ounces | Canned Sweet Peas, Drained 3 | Hard Boiled Eggs, Chopped ¼ Cup | Red Onion, Chopped ⅓ Cup | Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoons | Your Favorite Mustard (I Use Jack Daniel's) To Taste | Salt (Or Salt Substitute) To Taste | Fresh Cracked Black Pepper To Garnish | Paprika To Serve | Iceberg Lettuce Cups (Optional)
What To Do:
1. Prepare the bacon your favorite way (stove top, oven or air fryer) and set aside.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Season with salt, pepper and paprika to taste.
3. Place in refrigerator for about an hour to chill. Serve right from the bowl or transfer spoonfuls of the salad to lettuce cups to create individual servings.
“Cheers To Peas On Earth!”
